Leonela Made Some Funky Photos

For my 3rd cos 109 lab, we were asked to make some funky photo edits and so I did! Enjoy these random pictures of me that I had on my phone and that were in good quality to make some edits! For reference, I used GIMP for all of the edits/photoshopping that I did here! For reference, I did my work on a 2017 MacBook Pro and used GIMP 2.10 since that is the latest available version for MacOS as of September 29th, 2021.

The first task that I had was to use GIMP to make my own image. I recently got sick with the Princeton Plague (NOT COVID, just the normal cold that goes around every time that college students get together and don't social distance). It was my first cold in F O R E V E R and it absolutely sucked. I made this image in the throes of congestion and coughing. Enjoy

I've loved photo filters since the first ones on SNAPCHAT came out so I had a lot of fun with this second task, which was editing a picture with the filters available. Here's the original picture, which my friend Fumika took last spring when we got Milk and Cookies on Nassau. There are no filters on the original picture, it was only golden hour and she has a phone with a GREAT camera.

Here's the first filter option. I used the blurry filter on GIMP and focused it on my face.

Here's the second filtered image. I used the cartoon filter.

Here's the third filtered image. I used a distorted filter focused on my face mask, as it turned out.

Here's the fourth image and I used the Kaleidoscope filter. Came out really funky.

Here's the LAST filtered image I made. I used the outline filter which makes the image look like hand drawn picture.

Here's the last task which was photoshopping my face on another body. While my face shape is very similar to that of the original actress, we don't share a skin tone or hair line. Sorry about the weirdness of that. I also tried to color match what I could but it still looks awkward. Anyway, we can laugh at it together :).

Here is my face on her body
